Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Athletiq. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Athletiq is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Delays, Damages, and Lost Packages

  • Delays: While we do our best to ensure your order ships on time, Athletiq is not liable for any delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processes, or extreme weather events. Once the package leaves our facility, delivery times are out of our control.

  • Damages and Loss: Athletiq is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost by the carrier, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
